I am a Life Coach certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and trained by UC Davis. I have a M.S. in Counseling and Mental Health and a B.A. in Human Development.
Prior to coaching, I worked in hospice care as a bereavement services counselor and in management and leadership for close to two decades. In the ten years prior to this, I worked in human resource administration in higher education. I am a breast cancer survivor and mentor individuals on their journey of treatment and healing. Areas of deep passion for me are my family, friends, my home, spirituality, psychology, personal growth, music, nature, gardening, exercising, travel, reading and always learning. I have training and a deep interest in using the Enneagram as a tool for personal growth. Over a decade ago, I received my certification in Thanatology (death, dying and bereavement) through the Association for Death Education and Counseling.
Being safe is about being seen and heard and allowed to be who you are and to speak your truth.
