About coaching
Coaching is a focused partnership that helps you move with intention. In our sessions, I get to know you, clarify goals, and explore action steps that fit your life — then support you through the real work of follow-through.
You will be heard on a deep level. I stay fully present and focused on the path that resonates at your core. You hold the key; I walk beside you while you use it.
How different our lives are when we really know what is deeply important to us and keep that picture in mind.

About me
I am a Life Coach certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and trained by UC Davis. I hold an M.S. in Counseling and Mental Health and a B.A. in Human Development.
Before coaching, I worked in hospice care as a bereavement services counselor and spent nearly two decades in management and leadership. Earlier, I worked in human resource administration in higher education. As a breast cancer survivor, I also mentor people through treatment and healing.
I am deeply interested in the Enneagram as a tool for growth, and hold certification in Thanatology (death, dying, and bereavement) through the Association for Death Education and Counseling.
Being safe is about being seen and heard and allowed to be who you are and to speak your truth.
